 SYMPOSIUM FEE:
The registration fee (including the
book of proceedings, coffee breaks, welcome reception,
banquet, social program and transportation from the airport
to the hotel in Sochi and back) is 300 Euro for the
participants and 150 Euro for accompanying persons.
The fee should be paid in cash at the registration desk
upon arrival.
The conference fee does not include accommodation. We
have reserved a number of rooms in the “Sputnik” Hotel
for the time period of 27 September till 3 October 2009.
Rates (which include breakfast, lunch and dinner) are: -
Two persons in a Standard (two-beds) room - 380 Euro (per
each) for the period of 27 September -3 October
- One person in a Standard (two-beds) room - 600
Euro (for one) for the period of 27 September -3 October

One person in a Suite (two-beds) room - 960 Euro (per
one) for the period of 27 September -3 October

Partial financial support will
be available for young physicists. The candidates for
financial support will be selected by the Organizing Committee
from participants less than 35 years of age on the basis
of a competition of their abstracts.
